Who is Citron Vert.

Our managing chef Patrice St Yves is born in France and is the head of food development at Citron Vert, Patrice has extensive experience in working in hotels and restaurants throughout Europe with renowned Michelin stared chefs, to name a few, Claude Bosi (The Hibiscus, London) Alain Ducasse (Plaza Athénée, Paris) and Andre Garett (Cliveden House Hotel, Taplow, UK). Patrice is also trained as a food and sport nutritionist which is reflected through his cooking with high quality foods which are both healthy and delicious to eat. He has a strong belief in sustainability, using local suppliers producing free range, organic even hydroponic foods. His cooking and preparation techniques are intended to optimise food quality and its nutritional value

Has an extensive experience for more than 10 years in the industries working along celebrating chef and repeated establishments, just to mention, Helene Darroze at the Connaught 2 Michelin Star, Mayfair London, Mandarin Oriental Hyde-Park, London, Mandarin Oriental Geneva Le Sud of “Paul Bocuse” /Café Calla

 he started as an apprentice and still today love to learn and develop alongside our team and client for the perfect events

Jerome has always been a passionate of the world flavour as now he consults and develop recipe all over the word with citron vert
